1. Click Join Now underneath the Login Button
  2. Fill out the Create Account form. Your first and last name goes under Seller Name.
  3. Click on Create My Account Button
  4. You will be taken to the Membership Screen. Most Sellers joining the Craft Fair will choose the NEW SELLERS package. If you don’t want to pay in full you can choose the monthly membership. Cost of Monthly membership is $150 not $135. Note: Please watch the titles of the memberships to confirm that membership applies to you.
  5. Choose your membership by clicking Get Now.
  6. Choose your payment method. DO NOT CHOOSE MANUAL PAYMENT -Unless you plan to Etransfer your payment right away to Manual payments without the Etransfer sent right away, may cause your account to be locked.
  7. Complete your payment.
  8. You should be taken to the Dashboard Screen. (If you are not taken to the dashboard and are taken back to the membership screen: Email us right away and then choose your membership again, but then use manual payment so you aren’t double charged. When we get the email, we will confirm your payment and ensure your account is right.


Once you are in the dashboard:

  1. Move through the tabs setting up each section. Go to Profile Tab first and then My Account, and upload your logos. The logo button with the shop Icon is the most important, as this is what may be displayed on the home page of the site.
  2. Fill out the rest of your profile making sure you enter info in every box. If a box doesn’t apply to you, just type a . or a dash in the box to get past it. It is very important that your payment processing shows the same name that appears in your profile somewhere. If you don’t want it as your seller name, then you need to send an email to us so we can match you up with your payment.
  3. Profile Tab – Payment Details: This is how you want us to pay you. Please select one and save.
  4. Next move to the Configuration Tab and move through each of the configurations. If you have any questions, please send an email.
